Piedmont Heights

Nestled between Ansley Park, I-85, Morningside, and Piedmont Road is Piedmont Heights. Originally settled almost 200 years ago, this eclectic neighborhood claims the title of the “oldest” community in Atlanta, offering something for everyone:

  • An industrial area that’s migrating into a new visitors destination (where SweetWater Brewing Company resides)
  • Single-family and multi-family homes of every shape and size including duplexes, apartments, condos, and town homes
  • A former nightclub area transforming into new residential and commercial developments with favorites such as Sprouts and Starbucks, and
  • The final section planned for the Atlanta BeltLine build, safely connecting both sides of I-85

All of this, as well as plenty of public transportation and its own City of Atlanta park, makes Piedmont Heights a great example of a truly suburban urban neighborhood. While plenty of the area’s historic homes are just fine as they are, many are still being snatched up for personal touches. Don’t miss out on what’s in store for you!
